The Manufacturing team includes Operations for three chemical plant sites, brine operations, quality control, and logistics.Provide leadership through the application of HSEQ policies and procedures; set and attain site goals around safety, environmental performance, and quality as primary goals, with secondary goals around raw material yields, production rates, and return on investment.Focus on managerial aspects of South Arkansas Manufacturing, including cost management, participation in the deployment of capital projects, understanding and reviewing technical concepts, and driving deployment of next-generation processes within the facilities through the workforce based on business needs.QualificationsBS in Engineering; master's degree or higher is advantageous10+ years of relevant manufacturing experienceDemonstrated intellectual curiositySuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership skillsWhat We Offer YouCompensation: Competitive packages including a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program.
