Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Electrical SuperintendentLocation: Dallas, TXCompensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annuallyAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing field operations on complex projects such as hospitals, data centers, or other large commercial facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Lead and supervise field teams, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.Manage schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project deadlines.Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications and code requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve field-related issues proactively.Mentor and develop junior superintendents and foremen.Qualifications:Minimum 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.Proven experience leading projects in hospitals, data centers, or large-scale commercial environments.Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.OSHA 30 pensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range of $160,000 – $190,000Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement with a leading electrical contractorCompany Description:At Talent Corps, we’re committed to Strengthening America’s Workforce by connecting top talent with the skilled trades and industries that keep our country moving.
