You’ll use your design expertise and professional experience to lead and mentor junior staff. Your leadership of the team and technical knowledge of transportation design will be vital as we continue to build and deepen relationships with our clients. We want you here for the long term, and we’ll make this the place you want to spend your career.What you’ll doLead and mentor junior staff on roadway design projectsDeliver creative solutions to complex transportation challenges as part of a multidisciplinary teamDevelop and manage client relationships and help identify new business opportunitiesApply ORD and MicroStation expertise in project design and deliveryCollaborate on multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringAt least 15 years related experience in roadway designProfessional Engineer License (PE) in TexasPrevious Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), County or Municipal experienceWillingness to cultivate and maintain client relationships, and help identify new business opportunitiesStrong ORD and MicroStation backgroundAbility to deliver creative solutions to complex transportation challenges working as part of a teamAdditional detailsPosted Salary Range Minimum: 129,400.00Posted Salary Range Upper: 200,000.00We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
