Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative work space? Are you looking to learn more about field and office operations while working on a construction project site and assisting Project Managers and Superintendents? If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today.Some Things You Can Expect To DoDevelop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools.Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.Support Project Managers and Superintendents with various project related tasks.Assist in Owner change pricing; prepare billings and review invoices.Monitor assigned subcontracts, subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower.Travel as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field2+ years of experience in commercial constructionWillingness to travel as needed to execute projectsYou Will Really Stand Out If YouRead and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.Have knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricingHave experience in Construction Management Software (i.e. Procore)Design-build commercial construction experienceHave process proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.EligibilityPositions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the pensationThe salary range is $64,700 - $93,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
