You will work within cross-functional teams to address complex engineering and logistical challenges in the development and construction process, driving innovation, safety and efficiency. Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the success of this and future projects.Join a team with expertise in physics, cryogenics, ultra-high vacuum, electro-magnetics, complex control systems, cyber security, and more to incubate novel technologies that shape the future! #futureshaperResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning, leading and reviewing Systems Engineering activities for the development of advanced industrial process plants, including:Generation of proposal artifacts, including material/hours estimates and detailed technical volumes.Discovery and capture of stakeholder and user needsCreation, exploration and selection of concepts (for example, through trade studies)Requirements derivation, decomposition, analysis and managementTechnical risk and opportunity identification and managementSystems architecting, diagraming, modeling and interface definitionEngineering Change ManagementPlanning and support of implementation, acquisition, integration, construction, verification & validation activitiesParticipating in and generating materials for design reviews and other technical presentationsTechnical writing of reports, descriptions of operation, plans, procedures, white papers, trade studies etc.The annual base salary for this position is $125,000- 156,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics10+ years of Engineering experience6+ years of Systems Engineering experience3+ years of experience leading technical teamsU.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearanceAbility to travel up to 20%WE VALUEMaster’s degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fieldExperience applying Systems Engineering to industrial processes and/or large infrastructure projects.Experience with liquefaction, oil & gas refineries or similar fluid process plants.Membership and participation in INCOSEProficiency with Cameo, or other model-based systems engineering (SysML) toolsProficiency with DOORS or other requirements management toolsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesInnovative mindset and a passion for technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMulti-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasksIndividuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little guidance, who consistently take the initiative to get things doneAbility to adapt to and manage change based on project needs.About HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
