Learn more at Summary As a Chief Engineer at North Wind, you will oversee critical projects shaping hypersonic technology, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through execution, ensuring strategic alignment. Support business development activities, including market analyses, customer engagement, and engineering opportunities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine design processes. Guide technical direction using advanced principles and develop new concepts. Review and revise technical solutions to meet project goals. Mentor engineers on research and applications. Maintain documentation of engineering processes and designs. Stay updated on technological advancements to implement cutting-edge techniques. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of related experience. Knowledge in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Proficiency with software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, RISA 3D, STAAD, Ansys. Experience with Microsoft Office and wind tunnel operations preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proven leadership with mentorship skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
