OverviewThe Facilities Specialist will be responsible to support all general assembly engineering activities carried out at a vehicle assembly plant. This individual is the lead responsible for maintaining the plant ACAD layout for equipment installations and facilities infrastructure (power/air/structural). The Facilities Specialist will manage making accurate field observations, measurements and converting information supplied from vendors into the overall composite plant layout for General Assembly. This person will be responsible for preparing the Master Timing plan with all assembly activities, in Microsoft Project.
