About the roleAs the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will source top notch candidates and work closely with the Human Resources Team and various levels of management to identify and screen candidates to grow the Company’s business units.Salary range: $60K - $80K USDWhat you'll be doingMaintain a constant pool of candidates to ensure shortest time-to-fill for all business units.Create and maintain the skills matrix and understand the needs of the hiring managers.Source top-notch candidates using various tools, networking and other methods.Maintain job postings on career portal and various job boards.Pre-screen resumes and phone-screen candidates.Provide updates to candidates throughout the recruiting to onboarding process.Work closely with the managers to manage assigned job requisitionsCollect interviewer and candidate feedbackSchedule interviews on calendars and provide confirmation of schedule to candidates.Perform PI Assessments, Cognitive Testing, Background and Reference ChecksVerify post-employment obligations of candidates and ensure direction and/or required language directed by Legal is included in itiate the offer process, which includes creating offer and obtaining necessary approvals for the offer details.Assist the Human Resources team with various projects on an as needed basis.Maintain highest level of confidentialityUnderstand and abide by all security and operational policiesPartners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.Embrace and support Computacenter United States Inc.’s mission and core values.What you haveLegally eligible to work in the United States.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field or equivalent experience:3+ years sourcing process experience inside a corporate environmentLegally eligible to work in the United StatesDetailed knowledge of employment laws related to interviewing and hiringAbility to work with a cross-functional team that includes all levels of the organizationMust be extremely organized and great follow up skillsStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills a must.Ability to think creativelyAbility to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgmentExperience with SuccessFactors ATS a plusWhat you can expectThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
