We work collaboratively to understand our clients' businesses and provide guidance that enables them to achieve results.We are seeking a Senior Consultantto join our experienced Management Consulting team where you can fully utilize your skills and expertise in project management and business/data analysis to drive effective solutions for the clients’ needs. You will learn and fully understand our clients' businesses, evaluate the issues and develop solutions to become a key advisor.What You’ll DoLead a team to drive requirements gathering sessions and prepare and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypesUse knowledge of business analysis and process as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teamsActively run overall business analysis efforts according to the overall project planDemonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approachTranslate business requirements into solution designLead business process current state discovery sessions and effectively gather current state workflowsFacilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying process, interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filledLead development of detailed plan to fill current state/future state gapsDefine and execute workflow based end-user test scenariosAssist with test data management and execution oversightLead direct or indirect team members for specific projects or objectivesLead client status and executive review meetings as neededDrive additional opportunities at clientWhat You’ll BringStrong project management skills and experience3+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.Ability to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clientsFully understand client business and become the key trusted adviserExperience in delicately identifying risks and collaborating with the client to drive action to mitigate and resolve issuesStrong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, while working independentlyOrganizational skills and the ability to handle a vast array of informationAn understanding of the role of data management, information flow, and data governance issuesExperience with vendor integration and managementExperience in serving as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needsProficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirementsA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.Additional Information: Atlanta, GA based position.
