This role will be working in our Employment Litigation practice group.QualificationMinimum 2+ years of federal litigation, in dispositive motion practice, in appeals or as a federal law clerk.Prior federal and/or Employment Litigation brief experience strongly desiredLicensed and in good standing with state barExceptional research skills.
