This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high stakes matters with flexibility and growth potential.Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearancesDraft pleadings, legal memoranda, and client correspondenceParticipate in strategy development, trial preparation, and hearingsManage assigned case load and communicate directly with clientsCollaborate with senior attorneys and team members across officesQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Missouri (Illinois a plus)4–8 years of litigation experience (asbestos, toxic tort, insurance defense, or product liability preferred)Strong written and verbal advocacy skillsAble to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple mattersTrial exposure or strong courtroom experience is a plusRemote flexibility; MUST reside in Missouri or nearby Illinois for court needsBillable Target: 1,950 hoursIf you’re ready to grow within a firm known for its legacy in asbestos litigation and strong trial bench, we’d love to hear from you.
