With over 36,000 professionals across more than 70 countries, we are dedicated to improving quality of life and solving complex global challenges through innovative solutions.Role description:We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our Resilience Water Team, working on diverse engagements within our Asset Management practice nationally. The ideal candidate will have experience with technical delivery of asset management projects for water and wastewater utilities, including asset management planning, gap assessments, inventory, condition assessments, lifecycle cost analysis, O&M programs, and capital planning.This position is primarily based in the Midwest Region, but flexible for the right candidate. You will work independently and with multidisciplinary teams, requiring strong technical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Some travel may be necessary for site visits, client meetings, and conferences.Role accountabilities:Develop and implement asset management plans and programs.Create strategic asset management plans, define service levels, and improve business processes.Analyze utility operations, decision support systems, and asset data to optimize asset management activities.Provide recommendations to enhance operations, maintenance, and supporting technology to reduce lifecycle costs.Enhance asset management technology support through master planning, data integration, and technology applications.Travel may be required for project-related activities.Required Qualifications:8+ years of consulting experience in environmental engineering, management consulting, or municipal utility sectors.B.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management.Preferred Qualifications:Exceptional communication skills with experience managing senior stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.Why Arcadis?We empower our people to make a meaningful impact through a skills-based approach, fostering career growth and sustainable solutions for a better world.
