This position focuses on corporate governance, litigation, commercial transactions, employment law, regulatory tracking and strategic legal initiatives, while partnering closely with a peer Deputy General Counsel who leads insurance regulatory and compliance matters.Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel, this role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic legal guidance that supports innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
