The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in handling auto and truck injury cases and should be passionate about representing clients in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate understands the importance of moving a case forward without delay or adjournments. The ideal candidate understands our clients have financial needs that cannot wait and be delayed by defense tactics _ Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of auto and truck injury cases from inception to trial Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
