Legal Specialist

Overview We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to support the daily legal operations of our local subsidiary. The ideal candidate will assist in legal document review, compliance matters, litigation support, and communication with headquarters and external counsel. Responsibilities Draft, review, and translate legal documents in the local official language and English. Provide basic legal support and assist in preparing legal opinions and internal memos. Support debt collection and litigation case management. Assist with company registration, corporate governance, and other legal administrative tasks. Liaise with the legal team at headquarters and external legal service providers. Monitor legal risks and help ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Law. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a legal role, either in-house or at a law firm. Knowledge of construction equipment or financial leasing law is a plus. Legal license or qualification to appear in court is preferred. Native speaker of the local official language. Proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
