Infor M3 Techno Functional Lead Consultant

Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Techno Functional Lead Consultant with multiple implementations/support experience. This position’s primary responsibility will be to work as a lead support member on the AMS program. Under limited supervision, the Lead Consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The Lead Consultant must possess fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles.The Lead Consultant must be able to discuss technical issues competently with client stakeholders and develop technical recommendations based on options presented. The lead consultant will be accountable in driving activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, process improvements, etc.Required QualificationsAt least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Candidate should be located or willing to relocate to Blue Ash, OH.Candidate will have excellent hands-on working experience on Infor M3 applications and deep understanding of its offerings.Candidate should have expertise in M3 integrations, data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies. The role involves L2/L3 technical support, minor enhancements, API management, and data pipeline optimizations to ensure seamless business operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Finance in the Food & Beverage industry.Candidate should have end-user support and troubleshooting for production planning, batch processing, and MRP issues in Infor M3 CloudSuite. The role includes analyzing system errors, making small configuration changes, and ensuring seamless production execution.Should be able to provide L2/L3 Functional and technical support for Infor M3 Cloud and related applications.Should be able to troubleshoot BOM updates, routing issues, and MRP inconsistencies.Should be able to work with Infor ION, MEC, APIs, and BODs to resolve data and integration issues.Should be available for On Call support of high priority issues.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
