Join to apply for the Compensation Manager role at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)Job OverviewUnder the general direction of the Assistant Vice President Total Rewards, this role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining the Airport’s compensation programs and processes. This includes merit and incentive plans, salary structures, job evaluations, market studies, and data requests. The position serves as a subject matter expert in compensation strategies and supports organizational design efficiencies.What You Will Be DoingDeveloping and directing compensation frameworks for market pricing, job architecture, and salary structures.Building strong relationships with HRBPs and leaders to communicate compensation strategies effectively.Providing training and education on the organization’s compensation philosophy and processes.Leading the annual review cycle in collaboration with HRBPs and senior leaders.Managing incentive programs, including eligibility, configuration, and payroll audits.Recommending plan modifications based on business needs, legislation, or policies.Designing and analyzing salary surveys and market trends.Collaborating with HRBPs and corporate communication teams.Performing other related duties as assigned.What You NeedBachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field.At least 5 years of broad-based compensation experience.At least 3 years of supervisory experience.What We DesireKnowledge of compensation principles, laws, and practices.Skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and communication.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.DesirableCertifications such as CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, etc.Experience with Workday and public speaking skills.About UsDFW Airport is a leading airport known for innovation and excellence, with over 2,100 employees dedicated to providing exceptional service.
