Overview We are seeking top talent to join the HR department! As a Compensation and Equity Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our compensation and equity programs to attract, retain, and motivate Rollins teammates. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive and equitable practices. Responsibilities Compensation Management: Manage a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive structures. Executive Compensation: Oversee administration of executive pay, ensure compliance with regulations. Incentive Programs: Develop and monitor variable pay programs, recommend adjustments. Stock Plan Administration: Develop policies, administer equity plans, maintain records. Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term equity strategies, analyze industry best practices. Financial Reporting: Collaborate with finance for accurate reporting, support audits. Salary Structure and Job Evaluation: Design salary structures, conduct job evaluations. Communication: Work with internal teams to communicate programs, provide guidance and training. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on laws, ensure practices comply. Collaboration and Consultation: Work with HR, finance, management on strategies and issues.
