Accounting Manager

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr This range is provided by mdg. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting Generate internal revenue forecasts and campaign financial reports Analyze budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insights Manage media spend tracking and reconciliation with the paid media team Lead monthly credit card reconciliation and expense compliance Drive the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations Review accounts payable, and assist with AR collections Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations Support process improvements and internal control initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including a track record of reviewing and guiding the work of other team members Experience in a marketing agency or professional services environment a plus Experience with campaign/project profitability reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups Proficient in accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or similar ERP systems) PowerBI experience a plus Benefits mdg also offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401k, and profit sharing contributions.
