Experiential is one of our core pillars and we’re looking for a new team member to help us continue to trailblaze amazing campaigns for our key clients in both the B2C as well as B2B space.About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and curious Account Coordinator to support our growing Experiential Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in helping to bring branded experiences to life — from live activations to immersive consumer events to large scale conferences — while learning the ins and outs of integrated marketing delivery.This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in a client-facing role. You’ll be instrumental in keeping projects organized, documentation tight, client presentations looking polished and internal/external teams aligned.ResponsibilitiesSupport the team with day-to-day project coordination and task trackingHelp build client-facing decks, status reports, and project timelinesCoordinate internal meetings, capture action items, and help keep the team on trackManage shared files, drive folders, and internal documentationLiaise with vendors and production teams as needed for quote gathering, logistics, and approvalsHelp track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense documentationAttend events and activations to support on-site execution and troubleshootingHelp build training materials and client reportsJump in where needed — from brainstorms to creative reviews to pitch prep and moreQualifications1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field (internships included)Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-throughGreat communicator — you’re clear, proactive, and collaborativeAble to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environmentEagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a teamWillingness to travel or work some evenings/weekends around major event datesAcosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
