OverviewZooTampa at Lowry Park is seeking a Sr. VP / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial strategy, ensure long-term sustainability, and support our mission of connecting people with wildlife. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll manage all aspects of finance, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board of Trustees.Position SummaryOversees the organization’s financial operations, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, cash flow administration, and financial reporting. In collaboration with the CEO, is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the institution in the areas of finance management and long-term planning. Monitors key performance indicators to forecast fiscal sustainability and opportunities for managed growth. Also accountable for project management of strategic initiatives in accordance with CEO direction and board guidance. All the aforementioned in accordance with industry and regulatory standards, as well as institutional objectives and policies.Who We Are is one of the most popular zoos in the southeastern U.S., with over 1.2 million visitors annually.
