SAP FICO Lead Consultant

OverviewInfosys is seeking a SAP FICO Lead Consultant. You will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting, defining problems, and proposing and creating solutions. You will support development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution, guide teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing global needs.Location: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJ or Richardson/Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to one of these locations.ResponsibilitiesAct as SAP FICO lead Consultant across project lifecycle, focusing on business process consulting and solution delivery.Define problems, propose and create SAP solutions, and contribute to development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.Guide project teams on processes and deliverables; contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building.Detail project scope and help shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.Support client training and enablement activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor immigration for this role at this time.Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and in the latest SAP S/4 features.Experience in multiple SAP FICO support projects and at least two S/4 Finance implementation projects.Strong understanding of FICO processes (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, CCA, PC, COPA, integration, tax, etc.).Configuration experience across all S/4 Finance sub-modules and knowledge of functional integration with other SAP modules.Accounts Payable with focus on Payment Execution, Workflow, Outputs and Bank Integration.Preferred QualificationsStrong finance domain and accounting knowledge; client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with Payment Outputs and Mediums (EFT, Checks, Positive Pay, Factoring) and payment output integration with banks, providers, and supplier portals.Design for Non-PO Invoice solution with approval matrix workflow.Understanding of month-end closing in S/4 and related closing processes with Financial Closing and Consolidation solutions.Working knowledge of FSCM and Treasury; experience with standard FIORI apps.Full lifecycle implementation experience: Blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-live.Knowledge of SLT, AIF, ALE, and MDG; experience with Agile methodology is a plus.Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Autosys, Charm, Jira; ability to drive workshops and end-user training.Relevant SAP certifications in SAP FICO.The job entails an extensive amount of travel and long periods of sitting and working at a computer.
