Syntelligent has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Collection Requirements Manager (Multi-INT) to support fully funded work. Location Washington D.C. Schedule Day/ M-F Responsibilities Responsible for the collection requirement management in a multi-INT environment in accordance with the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle which supports analytical information needs. Researching, validating, and submitting multi-INT collection requirements, as well as creating collection strategies and monitoring the production satisfaction of all Multi-INT requirements as needed by the supported command or agency. Collaborating with the DoD, Central Intelligence Agency, and other Multi-INT organizations on the collection, exploitation, and production of DIA collection requirements and supporting reports and products. Implementing the current methodology to provide comprehensive Multi-INT collection support. Maintaining expertise in the applications, methods, products, and tasking flow of all intelligence disciplines. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years of U.S. Intelligence Community experience, or specialized training. Experience with knowledge of two or more of the following disciplines: SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and OSINT (SIGINT and HUMINT highly preferred). Experience in the national or theater level collection requirements management process. Experience writing and editing clear, concise collection requirements. Proficiency and knowledge of the various intelligence assets at the national and theater level. Strong communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating multi-INT collection strategies. Physical Requirements: Able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Mental Requirements: Able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice. Proficiency in several systems/applications: Multi-INT, CRATE, NPW, Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Intelink, COLISEUM, Microsoft Office Suite, NES, FalconView, MIDB, IEC, Google Earth, JWICS, SIPRNet. HUMINT (Highly Preferred) — include: HOTR, CHROME, MAGIC, CREATE-MS, OSCAR-MS, OSINT related tools, PRISM. Should have attended one or more of the following courses/trainings: Intelligence Collection Managers Course (ICMC) Intelligence Collections Course (ICC) Naval Collection Managers Course (NCMC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Course (IROC) Overhead Collection Management Center (OCMC) Boot Camp USCENTCOM Collection Managers Course MASINT Collection Managers Course HUMINT & CI Collection Requirements Management OSCAR-MS Collection Requirement Writing Course Clearance TS/SCI and current CI Poly Other Requirements Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
