Overview Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Director, Digital Corporate Functions. The Director, Digital Corporate Functions is a strategic technology leader responsible for overseeing the digital platforms that support core corporate functions, including HR systems, Contract Lifecycle Management, and enterprise services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation and M&A, this role will own enterprise platforms that serve corporate functions. The Director will act as the business partner to HR, Legal, and other corporate functions and take the persona of digital product manager and platform owner. You will also ensure stable, secure, and scalable digital operations while driving innovation, supporting integrations, and collaborating with HR, other corporate functions, and Digital partners to ensure the digital ecosystem delivers high value business outcomes. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid, Remote. What You Will Do Serve as the accountable leader for: Subject matter expertise in Workday, Workday Extend and integrations (Studio, EIB, Web Services) Technical release management for Workday Prism integration Contract Lifecycle management tools such as ContractPodAi, Docusign, Adobe Sign or similar Partner with and provide oversight and delivery of: Technical lead for HR and CLM tool implementation and ongoing product development Act as a liaison between Workday teams and other Digital departments (e.g., Security, Network) to ensure seamless integration and alignment Internal and external integrations, including Workday, ContractPodAi and other corp systems Middleware and Internal SFTP support for secure and reliable data exchange Mobile Device Management strategy and operational support Network infrastructure services supporting HR and timekeeping systems Time clock hardware, ensuring reliability and compatibility with HR systems Manage the Enterprise Service Management platform for HR services Drive continuous improvement of the Workday Technical Release Management process and coordination Shape and deliver future-state capabilities through platforms like Workday Extend Lead Tier 3 escalation resolution across HR and corporate function systems Develop and execute roadmaps for emerging platforms (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management) and partner with stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmap focused on automation opportunities and adoption of new Workday features Partner with Legal, Finance, and other functional teams to support digital transformation needs. Ensure effective stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and value realization from digital initiatives What’s In It For You Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of hands on experience with human resources management, strategy, and corporate functions 6+ years of people leadership experience Analytical Thinking – Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; designs workflows and procedures that align with business needs Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely and structured manner; supports group problem solving and objective decision-making Project Management – Agile and Waterfall methodologies; ability to manage resources, timelines, and cross-functional digital projects Strategic Thinking – Develops digital strategies aligned with organizational goals Workday Platform Expertise – Deep understanding of Workday core modules, integrations, security roles, release management, and Workday Extend Cybersecurity & Compliance Orientation – Knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks Enterprise Service & Infrastructure Management – Experience with ServiceNow and HR/corporate systems infrastructure Vendor & Platform Governance – SaaS vendors, SLAs, and digital service performance Change Leadership – Digital adoption, training strategies, and stakeholder communications Interpersonal Skills, Oral Communication, Teamwork & Collaboration, Visionary Leadership, Business Acumen Judgment, Planning & Prioritization, Adaptability, Technical Literacy, Quantitative Reasoning, Critical Thinking Technology Proficiency – HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga), project management systems, databases, productivity software Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications 12+ years of hands on experience with human resources management, strategy, and corporate functions 8+ years of people leadership experience Benefits Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision 401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% Short term and long term disability Paid time off and holidays Parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months Company provided life insurance and voluntary life options The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $142,000 - $243,000 (+ 30-35% bonus) in MN.
