You will guide clients through the selection process, offering expert advice tailored to their needs, and a personalized service to help them find their complete attire.Key Responsibilities:Take daily bridal appointments to ensure the store operates at maximum capacity, meeting client requests and optimizing the store’s sales potentialDevelop in-depth knowledge of our collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and custom design optionsThoughtfully curating merchandise to create complete, head-to-toe, looks for clientsAssist clients in a warm professional mannerFollow up with clients after appointments to answer questions and finalize purchasesHandle measurements and finalization appointments, ensuring precision and accuracy in all customer detailsProcess purchases and ensure accurate billing and payment handlingBuild meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyaltyAssist with the day-to-day operations of the storeMaintain a visually appealing showroom, ensuring merchandise is beautifully displayed and organizedAssist with in-store events, trunk shows, and marketing initiativesMeet or exceed monthly sales goals based on personal sales, with regular tracking and reportingSkills:Fluency in English language is a plus to cater to a diverse client baseStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of bridal fashion, fabrics, and trendsA keen eye for styling and ability to provide expert advice and assist clients with customization needsAbility to handle multiple clients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth order processingCollaborative attitude with the ability to work with and support other team membersProven ability to drive sales while delivering an exceptional client experienceOthers:Experience: Preferably from Premium / Luxury Fashion or Lifestyle brandExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in bridal consulting, luxury retail, or personal styling #J-18808-Ljbffr
