Low-cost premiums, profit sharing, bonus plans Monthly financial bonuses given to all employees at every site for hitting safety and production goals Work in a collaborative team environmentMain duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager ***** leading a team of 8-10 Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, and Controls Technicians Hands-on troubleshooting and support of AB 5000 series PLC’s, Powerflex PLC’s and Fanuc Robotics Ensure all maintenance goals pertaining to safety and quality are met Hiring and training of new maintenance personnel Act as an ‘on-call’ technical support leader when needed Using SCADA and Ladder Logix to aid in writing new automation programs Create new Preventative Maintenance programs Ensure lock-out, tag-out and all plant equipment safety goals are met Work closely with vendors during new equipment installation projectsQualifications ***** in Engineering strongly preferred. Will consider AS degrees At least 3-5 years of experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial environments. Strong in PLC and robotic troubleshooting and installation projects
