Job *****Hussey Gay Bell is seeking an office manager/front desk receptionist that serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees at a professional services firm. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment while ensuring smooth daily operations. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling some administrative duties.Key *****Client and Visitor ***** Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms. Ensure visitor check-in procedures are followed and maintain security munication and Phone ***** Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Take and deliver accurate messages in a timely manner. Handle client inquiries and requests, directing them to the appropriate staff when necessary.Administrative ***** Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and welcoming. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Operational ***** Support other departments with administrative and operational tasks as required. Assist with setting up meetings, including coordinating materials and refreshments.Skills and ***** ***** High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred. ***** 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a professional services setting. ***** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Organizational ***** Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Technical ***** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office technologies.
