We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to ensure a quick turnaround of materials for 3 projects: ACS-64, ALC-42 and our new Airo project. If you are a detail-oriented individual and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal position.What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, and regulations. Ensure the highest quality standards are met in accordance with Siemens. Organizational ability - (schedules, records, materials, time, etc.). Time Management - (material schedule, lead times, work/life balance, special projects, etc.). Material Management- (transit to/from, unit allocation, lead time awareness, cores, unscheduled needs, etc.). Communication Management - (reports, updates, requests and directions with all required partners). Interact with the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and related facility operations. Liaison Management - (ability to make and maintain good relationships with customers, coworkers, clients, and all other associates as necessary throughout the workday.). Record Management - (Service Orders, Work Orders, MDR’s, Serial Numbers, Emails, Core returns, etc.). To thrive in this role, you have: High School Diploma / GED, 2+ years of warehouse and/or rail related experience, Knowledge and experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (including Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint), Experience with overall material planning to include managing system stocking levels to ensure required material is on hand when required, Experience with material identification/validation for maintenance, Operations oversight of materials and logistics experience, Excellently demonstrated English language technical communication skills in speaking, reading and writing, Excellent customer service, time management and follow-up skills, Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and highly organized, Setting you apart from others would be an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
