Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to help support their team. This opportunity will be a temp, temp to hire opportunity due to high volume of workload. This opportunity is located inCommerce CA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay $18/hr-$19/hr on a temp to hire basis. Job Specifications:Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately and efficiently Review data for completeness and accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies Provide administrative support to the office Organize and maintain records, documents, and information for easy access and retrieval At least 1 year of working as a Customer Service/Data entry clerk is required for the role At least 2 years of Excel knowledge and experience required for the role
