***** Customer Service Coordinator I***** Corning, NY 14831 (Onsite)*****Training will occur onsite - worker will then be able to work remote until the team returns onsite - must be local to Corning, NY or surrounding areas. No overtime expected, if overtime is needed it will be when manager approved. *****Mon-Fri, 7:30*****Job ***** Takes calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a customer service position. First point of contact for internal customers.Responsibilities ***** Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, and other departments within division. Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system. Enters work orders into software utilized by division partners. Meets with department groups for customer events.Education ***** 2 year degree REQUIRED, business related fields are preferred.General Skill ***** Punctuality Detail oriented Excellent customer service skills that include listening Excellent phone skills that includes good enunciation Ability to work with a team and alone Good data entry and typing skills Good time management skills Calendaring skills.Desired ***** Call center experience Quick learner High energy Experience with room scheduling software Good working knowledgeable of Microsoft Office.
