Director of Client Success *****Full-time, On-site/HybridAbout XpertDox XpertDox is a fast-paced startup leveraging AI to automate medical coding. We value integrity in every interaction and strive to be as transparent with clients as possible.What You’ll Do Attend all client meetings and take diligent, actionable notes. Understand client problems, create tickets, and assign them to internal teams. Gauge client sentiment and surface key insights to leadership. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure critical tasks are completed on time and relay updates back to clients. Oversee client onboarding, renewals, and overall satisfaction. Lead QBRs and advocate for client needs with Product and Operations. Develop repeatable processes and KPIs that elevate client success outcomes.Reporting Structure Reports directly to the C Suite Manages a small team (with additional team members reporting into this role). Collaborates closely with technical team members to align deliverables with client needs.Location & Travel On-site/Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ. Minimal travel for high-priority clients and for select conferences or trade shows.Start Timeline Ideally filled within the next4–6 weeks(ASAP).Compensation *****$120,000–$180,000 *****Compensation can be a mix of cash and equity. *****Salary reviewed and adjusted every 6 months.Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance. Unlimited PTO (with manager approval and deliverables met).Qualifications & Skills Prior Client Success experience at anRCM (Revenue Cycle Management)company. Experience at atech-enabled or autonomous medicalcompany strongly preferred. Coding knowledge is a plus (preferred, not required). Meticulous, organized, and excellent at note-taking. Strong relationship builder who can de-escalate conflicts and act as a buffer between clients and internal teams.
