D3 Search is actively seeking aLitigation Paralegalfor a respected national law practice with a well-established office located in downtownLos Angeles, CA (90071) Position Title: Litigation Paralegal Note: 6+ years previous litigation paralegal experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED.Location/Map: Los Angeles, CA (90071)Employer Work Model: Hybrid 3/2 work model (3 onsite & 2 remote).Position Summary: A respected national law practice with a well-established office located in downtown Los Angeles (90071) is seeking a highly skilled and motivatedLitigation Trial Paralegalto join their Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Group.Theideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience managing complex product liability and class action cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support.Key Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of case management and trial preparation, including document organization, witness preparation, and exhibit management Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents, including motions and subpoenas Organize and manage large volumes of documents, conduct substantive document reviews, and assist with e-discovery processes Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and vendors, as well as opposing counsel, during case preparation and trial Act as a key support member during trial, managing exhibits, logistics, and technology in the courtroom Perform legal research, assist in drafting case summaries, and maintain case-related databases Provide post-trial assistance, including preparing settlement documentation and organizing final case materials Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and court rulesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on product liability and class action cases (automotive industry experience is a plus) Significant trial preparation and courtroom experience Proficiency in legal software and e-discovery tools (e.g., Lexis, Relativity, CaseMap, TrialDirector) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel and work extended hours during trial periodsSalary/Compensation: Annual salary/comp. is up to120K (DOE/DOQ)plus a comprehensive and industry-leading benefits package, generous PTO, hybrid 3/2 work model, generous transportation allowance, yearly reviews, annual bonuses, etc.If interested in this full-time/direct hireLitigation Paralegalrole with this highly respected natl. law practice situated inLos Angeles, CA (90071),and you meet the above qualifications/requirements, please contact the following D3 rep.:Don Moser | D3 Search 3 Legal Search LLC (aka D3 Search), and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
