Our client is lookin for a Customer Retention Specialist to join their Digital Sales team! *****Westminster, CO (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) *****$17/hour W2 Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties.Here is what you will be ***** Proactively manage and foster relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and loyalty. Conduct calls to clients who are at risk of non-renewal or expressing dissatisfaction. Identify, analyze, and address "renewal blockers" and product dissatisfaction issues to secure contract extensions. Gather valuable customer feedback and insights on reasons for non-renewal to inform company strategy. Utilize analytical skills to review customer data and usage patterns to anticipate risks and develop targeted retention strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of service, technical, or billing issues that may impact a customer's decision to renew.Here is what our ideal candidate ***** 1+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience is a plus, but this isnotan outbound sales or prospecting role). Experience in subscription services, client retention, or client renewal services is preferred. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Salesforce experience is a huge plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to comfortably conduct professional outbound calls and manage sensitive client conversations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
