This individual would be performing patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance and insurance verification. This role is heavily focused on customer support with patients, providers, and insurance customers. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday shift a month.12 PM – 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday EST1 PM – 9 PM EST, Monday - Friday ESTAll shifts require a rotational Saturday shift 9 AM - 5 PM EST
