***** Senior Aquarium Technician Please note that we are currently only looking for experienced aquarium technicians.Job description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aquarium Service Technician to join our team.As an Aquarium Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing aquariums for both residential and commercial clients – including some of South Florida’s best-known aquariums.***** Clean and maintain aquariums, including water changes, gravel vacuuming, and glass cleaning Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose aquarium problems Install and maintain aquarium equipment such as filters, pumps, and heaters Handle and transport live fish and other aquatic animals Interact with clients to address questions and concerns regarding their aquariums Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed***** Knowledge of aquarium equipment, water chemistry, and fish and aquatic animal care Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Criminal background check (marijuana possession flexible) If you are a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for aquariums and aquatic life, we want you to join our team!
