Operations & Customer Experience Specialist

Our fast-growing e-commerce business is seeking a versatile and motivated Operations & Customer Experience Specialist. While all applications are appreciated, we will be prioritizing candidates who have worked at jewelry brands.What You’ll *****Shipping & *****Manage all inbound and outbound shipments of jewelry. Coordinate deliveries with customers and schedule pickups with shipping carriers. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and maintain order fulfillment via Shopify. Receive and process repairs, returns, and other packages. Support office management by ordering shipping and office supplies, and coordinating recurring deliveries.Customer *****Assist with inbound phone and email inquiries related to repairs, resizing, exchanges, or product issues. Work with the production team to ensure timely resolution of jewelry repairs or replacements.Product Knowledge & Jewelry *****Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry trends, metals, diamonds, gemstones, and engagement ring processes. Educate customers on products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.*****Previous experience in jewelry sales or operations is required, preferably with Shopify e-commerce experience. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Passionate about jewelry and eager to learn the industry.
