We’re looking for aCNC Operations Specialistto supportdaily production, machine setup, programming, and troubleshootingwhile working closely withengineering and production teamsto drive efficiency on the shop floor. What You’ll ***** Set up, program, and operatemultiple CNC machinesto optimize production Troubleshootmachine malfunctions, tooling wear, and quality deviations Identify and implementprocess improvementsto reduce cycle times and increase efficiency Work withengineering teamsto introduce new tooling, fixtures, and automation Train and mentor machinists, supporting their skill development Maintaindetailed records of setups, tooling adjustments, and optimizations What We’re Looking ***** Journeyman-level CNC machining experienceor equivalent technical expertise Strong knowledge ofmachine setup, programming, and troubleshooting across multiple machine types Experience withHaas machinesand ability toread/edit G-coderequired Expertise inblueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement tools Ability tooptimize feeds, speeds, and tool paths for efficiency Demonstrated ability toimprove tooling efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive process improvements Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in a fast-paced production environment Experience usingERP systems (Epicor experience preferred) Work ***** This role ishands-onand based on theproduction floor. Candidates must be comfortable working aroundnoise, coolant, and fast-paced machine operations.
