Billing SpecialistContract-to-hire On-Site Santa Fe Springs, CA 24/hrMust ***** Able to be on-site 5 days a week 1+ year billing experience Tech Savvy***** Waste Industry experience Experience in Oracle DegreeWork closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.) Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders Working with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies. Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner. Work with Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.
