What You’ll ***** Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce aerospace components to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment following ISO and AS9100 standards What You ***** Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Experience with CNC programming (G-code, Fanuc, Haas, etc.) is a plus High attention to detail and commitment to quality
