Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary?What you’ll Do As Director – Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving success outcomes for ourpharma brands and agency partners. This is a role that combines hands-on client engagement with strategic leadership, process development, and cross-functional collaboration.Work closely with Sales, Ad Ops, and Product teams to drive value for clients Ownend-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, campaign execution, retention, and satisfaction Define and trackkey performance metricsfor customer satisfaction, adoption, growth, and renewal Develop and scaleCustomer Success processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworksto ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery Act as themain point of contactfor strategic clients across pharma and media/creative agencies Deepenclient relationshipsby uncovering needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Collaborate with clients to design and execute strategic marketing programs using Doceree’s platform to meet measurablecampaign goals Gather data and information which can be used tooptimize campaignsto target specific audiences.
