Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Monitor progressand adjust plans as needed. Educate patientsand caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention. Collaboratewith physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Documentpatient care and maintain accurate records.
