Computer Numerical Control Machinist

This is a 100% domestically and internationally traveling positionRequired Skills & Experience- High School Diploma or GED or technical or vocational college- 3+ YOE of in Machining trade (not CNC machining more field or manual)- Performing machining operations on turbine & generator equipment.- Ability to set-up & operate both stationary and portable lathes, milling, boring, grinding, and drilling machines- Ability to use all types of precision measuring tools- Ability to read & interpret drawings, schematics, and charts- Can independently do the 2D programming and understanding the 3D programming as well- Basic PC/Laptop skills for using our timekeeping and expense systems, as well as email usage.- Can lift 50 lbs.- Must have drivers license- Must be Proficient in reading and writingNice to Have Skills & *****- Passport (if you do not have one Siemens Energy can help you acquire one during onboarding)- Past experience working at ABB, GE, MitsubishiJob *****This is a fast-paced job that works at customer sites to support the energy industry in many different welding and turbine repair applications.
