THIS HIGH-PROFILE, PRESTIGIOUS INVESTMENT CORP IS SEEKING A TOP-LEVEL EA WITH A DYANIC PERSONALITY. ELIGIBLE FOR 10-15% BONUS. Will support 2 great Managing Directors. THIS IS HYBRID IN MIDTOWN NEW YORKExtensively manages calendar. Plans, negotiates, and schedules meetings to accommodate executives and others. Uses discretion and judgment to determine the priority of meetings. Keeps executives informed of upcoming appointments and deadlines. Coordinates meetings with internal employees and external contacts. Schedules meeting rooms, orders food, visitor passes, and equipment as required. Meets, greets, and escorts visitors, meeting attendees, and candidates. Drafts, collects, and distributes supporting documentation. Manages complex travel arrangements. Reserves transport and accommodations, taking into consideration executive preferences, cost, and timing implications. Ensures that the executive has the necessary paperwork for travel, monitors delays and schedule changes to re-arrange as necessary. Completes business expense claims promptly and follows up on reimbursements if necessary. Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence (post, e-mail, etc.); handles routine issues directly and prioritizes the remainder. Heavy travel arrangements. 90% domestic, 10% international. Must be flexible to help out. Min 5-10 yrs. Solid experience as an EA in the Investment, Banking, or Finance industry . THIS IS A MUST. Must have worked for high-profile individuals.
