Role Description This is a hybrid role located in Broomfield, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Support role for Root Group will include generating customer product quotes and support equipment renewals based on input from Account Managers who provide hardware and software configurations along with pricing and support parameters. Root Group operations include product ordering and tracking for multiple vendors as well as consulting service support. In addition, this role will include Executive Admin support of Root Group’s President and expand into project coordination and management over time. Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate response to quote requests from Account Managers by working with multiple tools and vendors. Ordering and tracking product shipments Creating and maintaining documentation Providing project support initially, leading to project management responsibilities Acting as an Executive Assistant to the President of Root Group. Qualifications Two to four years of experience with servers, storage, networking, security and virtualization vendor technologies Two to four years of experience in sales support at an IT Value-added Reseller or vendor Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong interpersonal and self-motivation skills that bring significant value to increasing outside sales productivity and bottom-line results for the company. Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired
