As they expand their portfolio across both private and government sectors, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in environmental and engineering services.Position Summary In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, field teams, and maintaining timely communication with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely responses to clients and internal teams. Provide clerical and administrative support to management, including document preparation, filing, and data entry. Assist with scheduling and logistics for on-site projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability. Serve as a liaison between project teams and clients to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow. Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and documentation as needed.Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination (preferably in engineering or environmental services). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.***** $20 to $24/hourExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
