Warehouse ManagerMemphis, TNAbout the Opportunity Blue Harlan is proud to partner with a wholesale company to recruit an experiencedWarehouse Managerto lead their Memphis Distribution Center. This facility runs two shifts and includes a local delivery fleet. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations from shipping and receiving to driver management and P&L performance ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and keeping products moving on time and in full.What You’ll Do Oversee all warehouse operations across two shifts, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and fleet logistics. Lead and develop a team of full-time warehouse associates, drivers, and shift leads. Manage staffing, training, performance, and safety compliance for all DC personnel. Drive operational excellence by establishing and tracking KPIs, workflow improvements, and productivity standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely shipping and receiving of all materials. Manage local fleet operations, dispatch, and driver scheduling to ensure on-time delivery performance. Partner with senior leadership on budgeting and P&L responsibility for the facility. Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and business needs. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You Bring 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, ideally in a multi-shift environment. Strong people leadership skills with experience managing both warehouse teams and drivers. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver results against KPIs. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (PKMS or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on team development and process improvement.
