Maintenance Manager

Key *****Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair equipment including mechanical presses, hydraulic systems, and CNC machinery. Oversee electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, track performance metrics, and manage spare parts inventory. Provide training and mentorship to maintenance technicians. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.***** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager (or equivalent leadership role). At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with mechanical press operations and CNC equipment. Proven ability to schedule, track, and optimize maintenance activities. Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
