Responsibilities Respond to incoming client and internal inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot product and service issues, research resolutions, and guide users through solutions. Maintain detailed documentation and track tasks using CRM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client challenges. Provide clear communication, empathetic support, and a high level of accuracy in all interactions. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay organized. Experience usingCRM systemsor ticket-tracking software. Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
