Prepare good faith letters and other legal correspondence. Handle extensive document production and coordinate information efficiently. Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and document repositories. Coordinate with management and internal teams to provide discovery materials. Conduct legal research, perform cite checks, and assist in preparing briefs. Initiate and maintainlegal holdsvia software tools. Managee-filingof documents usingPACERandNYSCEF. Track and calendar court deadlines, ensuring compliance withCPLRand procedural rules. Support litigation preparation and perform other related assignments as requiredRequired Qualifications: Proven experience inNew York Insurance Defense Litigation. Strong knowledge ofNew York PracticeandCPLRprocedures. Proficiency in drafting discovery responses and motions. Experience processing authorizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
