This is an excellent opportunity for a recent architecture graduate or someone with up to one year of professional experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.As a Junior CAD Designer, you’ll work closely with senior architects and project managers to support the production of design and construction documents for multifamily projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all phases of the design process while developing your technical and creative skills in a collaborative studio environment.Key *****Draft and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Assist in the preparation of design presentations, construction documents, and permit sets Coordinate with consultants and team members to ensure design accuracy and consistency Conduct site visits and field measurements as needed Support the design team in project organization, documentation, and model management*****Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency inAutoCAD(Revit experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with NYC building codes and multifamily housing design is an advantageAPPLYtoday for immediate consideration!
